What type of cosmetics are suitable for babies?

Cosmetics for babies should be mild, hypoallergenic and clinically tested.

Ideally, it'll be comprised of only natural ingredients. Watch out for chemicals, parabens, sulfates & fragrances. Baby cosmetics should be formulated in such a way to minimize the risk of irritation & allergic reactions.

Maintaining the pH value of your baby's skin is also important. Because of this, we always recommend using products which will keep it at a neutral value.

Good quality cosmetic products for your baby, such as lotions, should aid in the protection and hydration of its skin.

What should I do if my baby has extremely sensitive skin?

If your baby is prone to rashes & skin irritation, try to pick products which are specially formulated for sensitive skin.

Make sure they do not contain any perfumes, coloring or aggressive chemical ingredients. Use hypoallergenic products that have been clinically tested.

Creams with natural ingredients such as aloe vera, chamomile and marigold can help soothe and hydrate sensitive skin.

Wet wipes with the highest percentage of water are ideal for the sensitive skin of babies because it reduces the risk of irritation.

Wet wipes made out of 99% water are the mildest, safest option. They usually do not contain any alcohol, fragrances or other potentially harmful chemicals.

Products such as Moony Soft and Violeta Water Care are popular choices that are made up of a very high percentage of water.
